This Technical Support Apprenticeship consists of the following components:

  1. Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  2. Essential Skills
  3. BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) (QCF)
  4. Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Engineering Technical Support
  5. Personal Learning and Thinking Skills

Our staff have a wealth of experience in delivering this around Wales. Funded by Welsh Government, you could have one in place in just a couple of months time. There is no need to wait for term time to start, we recruit and enrol on an ongoing basis. Each learner will have their own assessor and knowledge will be delivered through our Learning Management System. Practical skills will be taught in the workplace and assessed using our e-portfolio. We are bringing Engineering Apprenticeships into the 21st century.
