By doing the apprenticeship through Semester: Learning & Development, we can alter the course to suit any employer. You are not stuck with fixed start dates (typically September), we can start you at any time. Similarly you are not stuck with fixed offerings in terms of units/modules. As most bricks and mortar training providers will need a minimum of 10 learners to make it worthwhile, we only need 1. We are as flexible as you need us to be. As all learning will take place in the workplace, you do not need to pay for extra accommodation (block release), travel or other associated costs with the apprentice leaving the workplace for a day or more.
We can also help with recruitment and use the Apprentice Matching Service. Once recruited, we will work with you to on-board your apprentice and give a thorough induction. We will set them off with a short course in Preparing for a Level 3 Apprenticeship, then take them through ERR. This will help them get used to the systems in a risk free way. Once they are ready, we will start them on the Technical Theory side, all the modules will be picked by the employer to fit in with the job role.
