What is the NVQ 2 in Construction and Civil Engineering Operations?
The Pearson Edexcel Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Construction and Civil Engineering Operations (Construction) is for construction operatives in civil engineering who are responsible for either general construction operations or for reinstatement work. The qualification gives learners the opportunity to:
●develop the technical skills, role-related knowledge and understanding, and behaviours required to work in job roles such as construction operative, responsible for either general construction operations or for reinstatement work
●demonstrate competence in the relevant job roles
●gain recognition for existing skills and knowledge
●achieve a nationally-recognised Level 2 qualification

Who is this course for?
The NVQ Certificate in Construction and Civil Engineering Operations is for those who work on construction sites and need to gain the experienced workers (Blue) CSCS card.
Must be working on site and able to provide evidence electronically
Must work within 100 Miles of SA2
Have access to a PC/Laptop

You can start right away. Once we have processed your application, the course is paid for, we can generally get you on board within 2 working days.
How long do you have to complete the course?
The tuition period is 12 months. You can extend up to 12 months for an additional fee.
How long will it take me to complete the course?
This is all dependant on you and how quickly you learn and how much time you set aside.
Part time study/Full time work = Approximately 6 Months (study for 10-15 hours per week)
