What will the Engineering Fitter Apprentice be doing?
* Perform in-house electromechanical assembly as per customer specification, drawings and designs
*Vacuum leak testing
* Electrical Wiring
* Processing high volumes of fitting requirements
What training will the Engineering Fitter Apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The role is full time and training will be provided onsite. You will be allocated time off per week for off the job training (minimum 6 hours per week) and some training will be provided online for certain areas of the qualification by our training provider.
Awarding Organisation (AO): Pearson (Edexcel)
Assessment: Exam/Test, Project, Portfolio of Evidence
Duration: 42 Months
At the end of the course you will gain a Level 3 Engineering qualification in Fitting.

Ofqual regulated
Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Technical Knowledge) – Awarding organization Pearsons; GLH 720 – this qualification ensures full knowledge to complete the fitting role.
